Contract for cleaning services in municipal buildings in Ålesund Municipality (former Ålesund and Skodje).
The procurement covers buildings of approx. 75,000 m² split between 3 contract areas (A, B, and C), and includes schools, nurseries, welfare centres, service buildings, and sports centres/arts centres.
The same tenderer can be awarded maximum two contract areas, but no tenderer will be awarded both contract area A and B. The number of tenderers that will be awarded a contract based on this contest is therefore minimum 2 and maximum 3.
The contract period will be 01.08.2022–31.07.2024, with an option for an extension one or more times for up to three years. The total duration of the contract can be 5 years if the full option is taken up.
