The Federal Government and the Free State of Thuringia support the institutions of the state and independent schools in Thuringia in their investments in networking schools and equipping them with IT systems. This is in line with the national interest to create future-proof digital education infrastructures.

Funding shall include the purchase of school-based mobile digital devices, ensuring that the equipment can be integrated into the infrastructure eligible under the DigitalPact 2019 to 2024 and that the school board provides written assurances that the other conditions for the sustainable and proper proper functioning of the school are: operation of the subsidised technology (financing of maintenance and IT support).

To this end, the district of Sömmerda requires the supply of the following mobile school-based digital end devices for teachers:
