The subject of the order is delivery for Polish Gazownictwo Company Sp. z o.o. factory new gas cabinets — manufactured during the 12 months preceding the date of delivery to the Department of Gazownictwo Plant in Krakow:

— Part I — Wall mounted gas cabinets with rear wall, mounted on the facade — Type 1 in the amount of 3 770 pcs. (n/c 410 pcs w/c 3 360 pcs ),

— Part II — freestanding rear-wall gas cabinets mounted on a plastic base — type 2B in the amount of 8 730 pcs. (n/c 530 pcs., v/c 8 200 pcs.)

The Contracting Authority shall allow the submission of partial tenders. Number of parts of the order — 2. Offers can be placed on any number of parts. The Contracting Authority shall not specify the maximum number of parts for which the contract may be awarded to the same Contractor.
