4.1. The subject of the contract is the collection directly from the property, transport and management of municipal waste generated by the owners of inhabited real estate (households) and the collection of transport and management of waste from the stationary Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point ("PSZOK") in the Ryki Municipality.
"Collection from real estate, transport and management of municipal waste generated by property owners residing in the Municipality of Ryki, in the city of Ryki (Sector I) and from "PSZOK"4.2.1. part 1 of the order – "Collection from real estate, transport and management of municipal waste generated by owners of real estate residing in the Municipality of Ryki, in the city of Ryki (Sector I) and from "PSZOK"".
(a) in the basic range, approximately 2251,13 Mg is estimated according to the breakdown of:
− 1922.32 Mg - the amount of municipal waste that the Ordering Party provides for collection from the owners of real estate inhabited from the area of the Ryki Commune located within the administrative boundaries of the City of Ryki (Sector I) during the contract implementation period,
− 328.81 Mg - the amount of municipal waste that the Ordering Party provides for collection from the stationary Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point ("PSZOK") during the order completion period,
