The assignment concerns the provision of Wmo tools, including the associated services and the management of tools used by the clients of the municipalities. The municipalities rent the tools from the Contractor(s). In addition, municipalities can purchase tools instead of renting them in specific cases in consultation with the Contractor. The starting point is that tools are available from a wide range.
