The subject of the tender is the award of services for:

maintenance, functional testing of the hold-open systems, safety-related testing and DGUV testing Regulation 4

for manually and power-operated systems with and without hold-open systems

The subject of the tender is the awarding of services for maintenance, functional testing of hold-open systems, safety and DGUV testing of power-operated and manually operated systems with and without hold-open systems.

The contract comprises the following main services:

- Maintenance, inspection and documentation of manual and power-operated systems in general

- Functional testing of the hold-open systems

- Safety-related testing

- Testing according to DGUV - Regulation 4

- additional documentation (maintenance of inventory lists)

The order includes the following demand services:

- Preparation of operating / test books

- Provision of aerial work platforms

- Hourly rate for repair services

- Fahrtkostenpauschale

The order comprises a total of 856 manual and power-operated systems (number of systems in pieces):

manually operated systems (765 units) :

712 pieces of swing doors

455 pieces of swing doors; 1 TF; without FSA

44 pieces of swing doors; 2 TF; without FSA

126 pieces of swing doors; 1 TF; with FSA

87 pieces swing door; 2 TF; with FSA

53 pieces of gates

50 pieces of sectional doors; without FSA

3 pieces of sliding gates; 1 TF; with FSA

power-operated systems (91 units):

91 pieces of gates

2 pieces of swing gates; 2 TF; without FSA

9 pieces of sliding gates; without FSA

12 pieces of tilting gates; without FSA

10 pieces of roller shutters; without FSA

58 sectional doors; without FSA

The services described in the bill of quantities and the work card(s) shall be transferred to the Contractor. Maintenance and repair shall be carried out on time and professionally and at least in accordance with the manufacturer's specifications and in accordance with all valid and relevant laws, regulations, standards, directives, etc. as well as the recognized rules of technology.

In connection with maintenance and testing, the Contractor is obliged to carry out repair work that is essential for restoring the target state, is not already recorded in the work card / bill of quantities and does not increase the time normally expected for maintenance and testing. ---

In the case of the requirement items specified in the bill of quantities, there is generally only a claim to remuneration: only after a separate order in text form by the Client and a proof of performance submitted together with the invoice and confirmed by the Client. There is no lump-sum entitlement to billing!
