The subject of the contract is a service covering the performance of probing with a mechanical probe (type WH) in the area of 7 sheets of SMGRŚ on a scale of 1:25 000, divided into two (2) parts:
1. part 1: performance of up to 2147 m of probing with a mechanical probe (WH type) in the area of 4 sheets of SMGRŚ in a scale of 1: 25 000 (Łagów A, Łagów B, Łagów C and Łagów D) with a depth of up to 20 m
Part 2: performance of up to 1480 m of probing with a mechanical probe (type WH) on the area of 3 SMGRŚ sheets on a scale of 1: 25 000 (Kielce A, Kielce B and Kielce C) with a depth of up to 20 m.
Within each part, the Ordering Party reserves the right to reduce by no more than 10% the number of scheduled running meters of probing with a mechanical probe. For the performance of the number of running meters of probing reduced to 10%, the Contractor will not be entitled to remuneration.
