Essentially, the contractor takes over the entire communication within the framework of the qualification test, both with the training providers and with interested/potential participants. It coordinates and organises the examination dates, conducts the examination in all three parts under the auspices of BAFA, takes over the monitoring of the examination, creates checklists and FAQs that can be published on the corresponding BAFA homepage and reports regularly to BAFA on all relevant developments.
