Insurance cover for Keva's direct real estate investments

The aim of the acquisition is to conclude an insurance contract for the insurance cover of real estate investments directly owned by Keva.

Based on the tender, one supplier is selected for the entire insurance solution. The Supplier concludes an agreement with Keva, on the basis of which the real estate companies owned by Keva can take out insurance cover in accordance with the invitation to tender from the supplier that won the tendering process. Insurance contracts are entered into directly with real estate companies, with the exception of rental income interruption insurance, terrorism insurance and excess expenses insurance, which are portfolio-level insurance and the policyholder is therefore Keva. For the properties to be owned by Keva during the contract period, the supplier must offer insurance cover in accordance with the same terms and price level as for the properties included in this invitation to tender.

In the case of items partly owned by Keva, the Supplier shall offer insurance cover in accordance with terms and prices similar to those for the items included in this invitation to tender (mandatory option). In the "Keva real estate and price list" list attached to the invitation to tender, these properties are marked separately in yellow color. These real estate companies reserve the right to choose the insurance cover set out in the invitation to tender. In any case, these companies are included in the aforementioned Keva portfolio insurance.

The two (2) voluntary options related to the acquisition are described in section II.2.11) Information on additional procurement opportunities.

Keva and the real estate companies owned by Keva reserve the right not to acquire some of the insurance policies and/or services presented in the invitation to tender.

The invitation to tender shall not constitute termination of the contracting entity's existing insurance policies.
