Technical Planning Technical Building Equipment - Equipment Group 7: Kitchen Technology.

The state enterprise Saxon real estate and construction management branch Bautzen plans the comprehensive energetic and monument-appropriate refurbishment of the building stock of the fishery authority with fishing school of the Saxonian state office for environment, agriculture and geology in Königswartha.

The subject of the contract to be awarded are the planning services of the technical building equipment (equipment groups 7 - kitchen equipment) for the following sub-objects:

1) reconstruction and renovation of school and dormitory buildings;

2) reconstruction and renovation of the castle building;

3) conversion and renovation feeder barn and orangery.

With regard to kitchen equipment, the following measures are envisaged:

- School and dorm buildings: renewal of the kitchen for self-education of the pupils,

- Castle building: Renewal of the existing kitchen or alternatively Austeilküche with extended range of canteens,

- Orangery and food shy: renewal / extension of the teaching kitchen (fish processing / preparation / sale).

For the construction project there is a feasibility study in quality of a decision document (ES), which includes not only the energetic and monument-appropriate refurbishment of the building stock but also the development of an overarching concept for the energy supply as well as the rearrangement of the adjacent outdoor facilities including the castle park.

The project is scheduled to start in October 2019 and completion in September 2025.

The total cost framework established in preparation for this procedure is approximately 12 091 000,00. EUR gross for the KG 200-600. The cost estimate for the KG 470 can be found in the price list "Fee offer" (see published tender documents).
