The subject of the contract is the supply of specialized diagnostic equipment and medical equipment for the needs of services provided in the Health Care Team in Lidzbark Warmiński.
A detailed description of the subject of the contract was specified in Table No. 1 entitled: "Description of the subject of the contract: OCT apparatus - requirements" constituting Annex No. 1 to the SWZ, Table No. 2 entitled: "Description of the subject of the contract: X-ray with mobile C-arm - requirements" constituting Annex No. 2 to the SWZ and Table No. 3 entitled: "Description of the subject of the contract: digital X-ray apparatus - requirements" constituting Annex No. 3 to the SWZ.
The order was divided into 3 parts.
