The subject of the contract is winter road cleaning. It includes clearing roads of snow, ice and mud, preventing and eliminating winter slipperiness, monitoring and controlling the condition of road surfaces, cleaning roads after the winter period and emergency cleaning of the road lane from pollution within 6 months from the date of conclusion of the contract, but no later than 30 April 2024. The roads covered by winter cleaning, which are managed by the Bemowo District m.st Warsaw, are shown in the appendix to the description of the subject of the contract. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract can be found in Appendix 1 to the Terms of Reference and in the Draft Provisions of the Agreement.

The subject of the contract is the provision of winter cleaning services for roads managed by the Bemowo District m.st Warsaw in the 2023/2024 season. Roads covered by winter cleaning, for which the manager is the Mayor of the Bemowo District m.st Warsaw, are listed in the appendix to the description of the subject of the contract. Winter road cleaning includes clearing roads of snow, ice and mud, preventing and eliminating winter slipperiness, monitoring and controlling the condition of road surfaces, cleaning roads after the winter period and emergency cleaning of the road lane from debris. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract can be found in Appendix 1 to the Terms of Reference and in the Draft Provisions of the Agreement. The Contracting Authority intends to allocate the gross amount of PLN 3,793,143.03 to finance the basic contract. The Contractor is obliged to perform the subject matter of the contract within 6 months from the date of conclusion of the contract, but no later than by 30 April 2024 or to use the funds, whichever comes first.
