1. The object of the order is the delivery of multifunctional devices (printing-scaning-copy), hereinafter referred to as Equipment, for the Faculty of Mathematics, Computer Science and Mechanics of the UW. A detailed description of the object of the order is contained in the Tender Form in Annex 1 to SWZ.

2. The Contracting Authority allows partial tenders to be submitted and each part specified in the SWZ should be treated as a separate subject of the contract (separate order). Any provisions of the SWZ regarding the offer shall be understood as a partial offer.

3. The equipment must be factory new and must come from the official distribution channel to the Polish market. All components of supplied equipment must be factory new (unused).

4. All elements specified in the item description of the order must be an integral part of the equipment. The Contracting Authority shall not allow the possibility of configuring devices with external elements, except where the description of the item of the order clearly indicates it.
