The purpose of this tender is to purchase ITSM software that supports the internal services of the municipality of Beverwijk, in particular Facility Affairs and Automation, in an efficient, customer-friendly and user-friendly way.

The agreement relates to the right of use (license), implementation and maintenance of the ITSM software. In addition, the supplier offers education / training to train users, key-users and application manager in the use of the offered application. For this assignment, the municipality will conclude an agreement with one supplier.
