1. The subject of the tender is the selection of a contractor who will provide the contracting authority with services consisting in the implementation of geodetic and cartographic works in the scope of supplying a database of topographic objects with detail ensuring the creation of standard cartographic studies in the scale 1: 500 - 1: 5000 (BDOT500) and initial database of geodetic records of the utilities network (GESUT) in the area of the Zakopane unit (121701_1) in accordance with the detailed description of the subject of the contract, hereinafter referred to as "OPZ" constituting Annexes 8 to the SIWZ.

2. The subject of the contract is the creation of a geodetic database of utility utilities records (GESUT) and a database of topographic objects (BDOT500) for the Zakopane registration unit in Tatrzański Poviat.

The subject of the tender is the selection of a contractor who will provide the contracting authority with services consisting in the implementation of geodetic and cartographic works in the scope of supplying a database of topographic objects with detail ensuring the creation of standard cartographic studies in the scale 1: 500 - 1: 5000 (BDOT500) and initial database of geodetic records of the utilities network (GESUT) in the area of the Zakopane unit (121701_1) in accordance with the detailed description of the subject of the contract, hereinafter referred to as "OPZ" constituting Annexes 8 to the SIWZ.

2. The subject of the contract is the creation of a geodetic database of utility utilities records (GESUT) and a database of topographic objects (BDOT500) for the Zakopane registration unit in Tatrzański Poviat.

3. Performance in the area of work includes:

1) Preparation, supplementation and adaptation of topographic object data to the conceptual data model BDOT500, specified in Reg. BDOT500;

2) Development and supplementation and adaptation of data on the utilities network to the conceptual GESUT data model, as defined in Reg. GESUT for the area of study, using source documents collected in PODGiK as well as those obtained from outside PODGiK;

3) Performing actions harmonizing BDOT500 and GESUT data sets and other data sets operating in the area of developing the master map in order to achieve their interoperability;

4) Implementation of the developed BDOT500 and GESUT data to the master map kept by the Tatra Staroste.

4. If the descriptions of the ToR including the OPZ include: standards, European technical assessments, approvals, technical specifications or technical reference systems referred to in art. 30 paragraph 1 point 2 and par. 3 of the PZP Act, this should be treated only as an aid in the description of the subject of the contract. In each case, solutions equivalent to those described are acceptable.

5. The conditions for performing the contract are included in the draft contract, which constitutes Annex 7 to the ToR.

6. The Awarding Entity reserves that the services subject to this proceeding are intended for use by natural persons, including the employees of the awarding entity, therefore it requires the performance of the contract taking into account the accessibility requirements for all users, including ensuring accessibility for the disabled.

7. The Awarding Entity informs that it does not plan to award the contracts referred to in Art. 67 section 1 point 6 and point 7 of the PPL Act.

8. The Employer provides for the possibility of carrying out the so-called "Reverse procedure", in accordance with the provisions of Art. 24aa of the PPL Act. As part of this procedure, the contracting authority may first evaluate the offers and then examine whether the contractor whose offer has been assessed as the most advantageous is not excluded and fulfills the conditions for participation in the procedure.
