For the delivery of the EIT Health Summit and EIT Health Matchmaking events, EIT Health is seeking a reputable service provider that will undertake the full planning and delivery of each event, from logistical oversight, on-site management, event production, delegate and registration fee management, content and programme development including the development of associated materials such as slides. Technical capabilities, such as the live streaming of select events should also be considered. EIT Health has recently deployed Eventscase, an event management software which will host the events website, registration, and networking management. The service provider shall measure and evaluate all services and provide regular reports. The service provider shall deliver evidence for all measurable KPIs that will be defined for each of the event.
