Security service and private surveillance of the Montalbán Environmental Complex (Córdoba), CMA, as well as preventive maintenance service of Fire Protection Systems (PCI), cameras and call service.
The activities included in this tender include, among others:
- surveillance of accesses and control of entrances and exits of authorized personnel and vehicles. In the case of unauthorized personnel, a person in charge of the company will be notified immediately to obtain the pertinent authorization,
- traffic control: surveillance of the internal traffic regulations established in the facility,
- surveillance and inspection of the interiors of all the facilities of the complex,
- surveillance of the rest of the centers owned by Epremasa in different municipalities in the province of Córdoba, through the installed CCTV system, whose control center is located in the complex itself,
- protect people and property, whether they are workers, users or visitors, within the professional diligence that is normal and legally required of the guards and in the physical environment of the facilities,
- control of the exterior perimeter of the facility,
- Detect and prevent fires, especially in the landfill, and inside the selection warehouse. In case of detection, the established protocol must be activated immediately,
- avoid the commission of crimes or infractions in the facility,
- proceed to turn on / off the lighting that is not automated and is necessary, both for the safety of the plant and for the proper functioning of the installation,
- use the alarm devices established by the complex in case of assault, the presence of people or hostile acts and other generic needs related to the active or passive security of the complex,
- develop the security policy determined by the center, complying with the guidelines that it receives from the legitimate managers,
- highlight any deficiency or incident that it observes in relation to the facilities or the organization, collaborating with the other services of its own or arranged in the proper functioning of the facility,
- the security guard will collaborate with the Occupational Risk Prevention Services and the Emergency Plans implemented by Epremasa,
- Any other not specified previously and that is included in the scope of the correct execution of the service, object of this tender.
Similarly, since there are fire sensor installations and security cameras in the centers, it is necessary to carry out routine maintenance tasks and attend to the different alarms that these systems generate. Fire protection systems must be subjected to a series of periodic maintenance works in order to offer the highest level of protection and safety for which they have been designed.
Carrying out periodic reviews rigorously is not only important to comply with current regulations, but also helps to detect any anomaly in the operation of a system. The maintenance of the fire systems ensures that the facilities are always operational and ready to be activated at any time.
All the above actions will be carried out, both in the centers and in the conditions set out in the technical specifications.
