Purchase of electricity for the needs of the municipal municipality Bartoszyce and its units in the period from 1.8.2021 to 31.12.2022. The subject of the order is the supply (sale) of electricity between 1.8.2021 and 31.12.2022 and 168 points of consumption (PPE) with a total estimated volume (+/- 15%) of 4,911.53 MWh.

1. The subject of the order is the supply (sale) of electricity between 1.8.2021 and 31.12.2022 and 168 points of consumption (PPE) with a total estimated volume (+/- 15%) of 4,911.53 MWh. Forecast electricity consumption is indicative and may deviate from the actual amount of energy collected, during the duration of the contract. Reducing or increasing the amount of electricity does not entail any consequences for the Ordering Party, other than the need to pay for the amount of energy actually collected. The Contractor shall take into account the possible fluctuation of energy consumption when performing the calculation for the purposes of submitting the offer.

2) Total estimated volume (+/-15%) of 4,911,53 MWh, according to the detailed PPE list of Annex 1 to SWZ.

4) Electricity supply period from 1.8.2021 to 31.12.2022.

5. The Contracting Authority shall sign one electricity supply contract for its own benefit and on behalf of each of the entities listed below:

(a) Wodostring-Ciepłownicza Sp. z o.o. Cowik, 1 Limanowski Street, 11-200 Bartoszyce;

(b) Municipal Centre for Social Assistance, 10A Monetary Street, 11-200 Bartoszyce;

c) Lokum Sp. z o.o., 9 Jagiellończyk Street, 11-200 Bartoszyce;

(d) Bartoszycki Sports and Recreation Centre, Jagiellończyk Street 1/2, 11-200 Bartoszyce;

(e) Society of Social Construction Sp. z o.o., Gen. Bema 40, 11-200 Bartoszyce;

f) Municipal Services Department, A. Struga 12A Street, 11-200 Bartoszyce;

g) Lesi Ukrainka Primary School No. 8 with Ukrainian Teaching Language, 1 Leśna Street, 11-200 Bartoszyce;

(h) Romuald Traugutt Primary School No 1, Traugutta Street 23, 11-200 Bartoszyce;

(i) Józef Wybicki Primary School No. 7, Gen. Bema 35, 11-200 Bartoszyce;
