This contract concerns the verification and maintenance of fire safety systems in the various components of the University of Poitiers.The checks consist of checking the good working order of fire safety systems of all types as well as their servo controls, including relay boxes for smoke extraction motors, fans and smoke extraction motors, fire dampers, comfort ventilation shut-offs and various servo-controlled technical shutdowns. The licensee shall also carry out pressure, flow and velocity measurements in the case of mechanical smoke extraction. The contractor may intervene to:- restore an installation to working order following a breakdown- carry out maintenance following the annual or triennial inspection- carry out modification or improvement work- carry out training on the handling of an ISS (fire safety system)- provide various parts
