The subject of the contract are forest management services as defined in art. 6 clause 1 point 1 of the Act of 28.9.1991 on forests (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2017, item 788, as amended - hereinafter: "the Act on forests") covering works in the field of breeding and forest protection, fire protection, logging and skidding, as well as nursery management, seed production and forest infrastructure maintenance, to be carried out at the Osie Forest District in 2020. The subject of the contract was divided into 18 lots (hereinafter called Packages).

The subject of the contract are forest management services as defined in art. 6 clause 1 point 1 of the Act of 28.9.1991 on forests (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2019, item 1843 as amended - hereinafter: "the Act on forests") covering works in the field of breeding and forest protection, fire protection, logging and skidding, nursery management, seed production and forest infrastructure maintenance, to be carried out in the Osie Forest District in 2020. Implementation in 2020 of services related to forest management in the forest area of Dobre. The description of the subject of the order is described in detail in the whole point 3 of the ToR. The Employer requires a security deposit of PLN 10,000.00, pursuant to the Public Procurement Law.

The Awarding Entity requires a security on due performance of the contract by the Contractor whose tender was considered the most advantageous. The performance bond will amount to 2.0% of the total price resulting from the part of the contract.

The Employer requires the Contractor to have a civil liability policy in the amount of PLN 300,000.00.
