The contract has as its object the execution of works and the supply with installation of technical laboratory furniture concerning the U19 ERGON building, located in Milan, in Via Boschi Di Stefano and the U9 KOINE' Building (IV lot), located in Milan in Viale dell'Innovazione n. 10

The interventions are quantified as follows:

- Intervention 1- U19 ERGON: renovation of the building called U19 for the construction of research laboratories: total amount € 6,290,105.22, including security charges (PSC+DUVRI) equal to € 114,328.90 (excluding VAT);

- Intervention 2 - U9 KOINÈ_IV lot: renovation of a portion of the building called U9 for the construction of classrooms, a computer lab and a teaching platform of chemistry laboratories: total amount € 5,933,697.93 including security charges (PSC+DUVRI) equal to € 48,735.63 (excluding VAT).

To these amounts shall be added the "options" set out in point II.2.11 below. Therefore, the estimated value is equal to Euro 12 725 803.15 as indicated in the previous point II.1.5) and in the following point II.2.6).
