1. The subject of the contract is the supply of information and promotional materials as part of the "Open Małopolska" project in the form of:

• fabric bag – 200 copies,

• folder A4 – 200 copies,

• notebook – 200 copies,

• pen – 200 copies.

2. Conditions for the execution of the contract are contained in the proposed provisions of the public procurement contract, which will be entered into the contract on public procurement — the model contract and are annex No 1C to the swz (hereinafter referred to as the model of the contract).

3. The description of the subject of the contract (OPZ) constitutes Annex 1D to the SWZ and it will be introduced as an attachment to the public procurement contract.
