The supplier is expected to have a large and broad intermediary network that can produce the required expertise within the procuring entity's area of activity. The delivery shall take place in close collaboration with the procuring entity and in accordance with applicable procurement legislation. Great emphasis is placed on the ability to cooperate, as this is a prerequisite for being able to smoothly solve the contracting entity's extensive and variedly varied needs for consultancy services.

The contracting entity cannot guarantee any volumes in this procurement. This is because the need varies and is difficult to predict. Today, the Jönköping Energi Group (the contracting entity with its group companies) purchases consultancy services on its own procured framework agreements for approximately SEK 70 million per year.
