The Department of Public Expenditure and Reform invites tenders for the provision of a SharePoint services support agreement from which days may be drawn down as required for SharePoint support and development services. The draw down may be used by the Department of Public Expenditure and Reform (D/PER) to support the OGCIO’s SharePoint infrastructure and application requirements, and also by other Public Bodies to support the delivery of SharePoint applications managed by D/PER as part of the build to share project in line with the Public Service ICT Strategy.

D/PER provide on premise multi tenanted SharePoint farm(s) for the build to share project (BTS). BTS is a pillar of the public service ICT Strategy, which provides shared access to common applications developed by D/PER using SharePoint 2013.
The department requires a draw down contract for support days to assist in maintaining and expanding its SharePoint infrastructure, and to assist with SharePoint application development and support. Tenders must provide details supporting their ability to meet the below listed SharePoint support requirements.
