The contracting authority currently has a complex combination of agreements and licenses. We currently have multiple EA, EAS and OVS from Microsoft. Client access licenses are divided up by device and userCAL licenses. Some of the complexity is that many employees in the health sector use the same machine, and they do not have mailboxes, or use webmail. We therefore use device licenses for machines in safe zones. Health personnel have the opportunity to use mobile devices directly into the professional system, and this could reduce the future need for licenses. The primary and lower secondary schools use Office 365 and use the learning platform ‘Schools’ [Skooler]. In the long term it is planned to use Office 365 to a larger degree in the entire organisation.
