The Tallinn Strategy Centre (hereinafter the contracting authority) invites you (hereinafter the applicant) to submit an application for joining the dynamic purchasing system for a public procurement carried out as a restricted procedure of the dynamic purchasing system, the purpose of which is the contract(s) (hereinafter the contract) for the purchase of electricity (hereinafter the subject-matter or thing of the contract) for the institutions of the City of Tallinn and the companies and foundations with the participation of the City of Tallinn that have joined the public procurement.

In the case of this package, electricity is purchased at a fixed price (EUR/MWh). The electricity sold to buyers must be produced from renewable energy sources within the meaning of Paragraph 57 of the Official Journal, in order to prove this, the seller must acquire and revoke the corresponding volume of certificates of origin for the benefit of the buyer (if necessary).

Estimated volume 350,000 MWh.

In the case of this package, electricity is purchased at the corresponding market price in the Nord Pool Spot Estonia region, plus the seller's service fee of one EUR/MWh. In the case of a package with an exchange price, the seller performs hourly accounting of the electricity consumed by the buyers.

The electricity sold to buyers must be produced from renewable energy sources within the meaning of Paragraph 57 of the Official Journal, in order to prove this, the seller must acquire and revoke the corresponding volume of certificates of origin for the benefit of the buyer (if necessary).

Within the framework of this package, electricity is purchased for the universal service consumer provided for in the Electricity Market Act at the production price agreed by the Competition Authority, plus the seller's service fee per EUR/MWh and the monthly metering point fee (EUR).

Within the framework of this package, electricity is purchased at a measuring point with combined consumption for various universal service consumers specified in the Electricity Market Act at the production price agreed by the Competition Authority, plus the service fee(s) of the seller of a specific universal service package per EUR/MWh and/or the monthly fee for the measuring point (EUR) and/or the corresponding market price of the Nord Pool Spot area of electricity, plus the seller's service fee per EUR/MWh.
