Community tender with an open telematic procedure, organized pursuant to art. 35, paragraph 1, letter c) and art. 60 of Legislative Decree 50/2016 and subsequent amendments, for the assignment of the Service for debt collection deriving from non-payment of the motorway toll by users with a vehicle with an Italian license plate and/or residing in Italy.
