This assignment is an assignment for works and concerns the realization of a campus building (new construction). In addition to realizing a new construction volume (general contracting of construction work), the assignment also includes (non-exhaustive list):

• werfinrichting

•demolition;

• new construction: stability, architecture, techniques

• environmental construction around new construction.

• site organisation and coordination of pilot contractors (in Article III.1. General framework of the contract is explained what the pilot contract includes);

• coordination with the redevelopment of Salesianenlaan

The Technology Campus comprises several buildings (A, B and D). The new building volume (building C) forms the central building. In addition to a meeting room with coffee bar and library, it will also house a fablab, a workshop for automotive technology, a study room and classrooms.

The subject-matter of the contract is specified in part III (Article III.1 general framework of the contract) of these specifications.
