The subject of the contract is the provision of a service consisting in constant, round-the-clock, direct physical protection of persons and property, monitoring of local burglary and assault alarm systems along with the actions of the intervention group and monitoring of local fire protection systems along with intervention in the facilities of the Contracting Authority together with the adjacent area.

2. The terms of the contract are included in Annex 2 to the SWZ, the minimum scope of the service is included in Annex 5 to the SWZ.

3. The contracting authority shall provide for the contract referred to in Article 214(1)(7) of the PPL in the amount of up to 50% of the estimated contract value for the procedure in question.
