Alver Municipality would like to enter into a framework agreement with a tenderer for the inspection and service of emergency lighting installations and fire centres, etc., on the municipality's properties.
The framework agreement will cover the contracting authority's need for statutory annual inspections of emergency lighting installations, fire centres, and burglary alarms in the contract period. The framework agreement will also cover the contracting authority's need for continual maintenance and repairs, as well as the procurement of relevant products in the contract period.
The contract will be valid for 2 years with an estimated start-up 01.01.2024. The contracting authority has an option to extend the contract for up to a further 2 years, to a total maximum of 4 years.
The qualification requirements and award criteria are only given in the tender documentation. Attention is drawn to the fact that price is not the only award criterium.
