The assignment to be tendered is elaborated in the design in the annexes. It concerns the adaptation of the building-related technical installation, the rearranging and refurbishment of the ROC Ter AA part of the building.

Adjustments for fire safety with regard to the sealing of fire-resistant penetrations fall outside the scope of this assignment. The specifications relating to this tender describe precisely what belongs to the contract.

The budget for the assignment is: € 4,310,000 excluding VAT and can be further divided into:

Main assignment: reorganization and realization of fresh schools class B

€ 3.960.000 excluding VAT

Optioneel: realisatie “look and feel”

€ 350.000 excluding VAT

Tenderers must submit a tender for both the main contract and the optional contract. Tenders above the amounts mentioned for the core contract and the option are excluded from tender. The adjustment of the "look and feel" is optional. The Client is not obliged to dedicate that part of the assignment.
