Following completion of a tender exercise Conwy County Borough Council shall appoint a suitable Provider to operate a community Cafe and deliver a valuable employment support service to help people with disabilities gain employment skills in catering.

One contract is awarded for a period of 3 years with an option to extend for a further period of 2 years
