The scope of the contract includes development services, collected from inhabited and non-inhabited properties (including from the selective collection point of municipal waste), non-segregated (mixed) municipal waste, and selectively collected in a municipal installation

1. The scope of the contract includes the use of municipal waste in the municipal installation, collected from inhabited and non-inhabited properties (including from the point of selective collection of municipal waste):

1) non-segregated (mixed), in a municipal installation operated by the contractor, providing:

(a) the mechanical-biological processing of unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste and the discharge from non-segregated (mixed) wastes of municipal fractions suitable in whole or in part for recovery,

(b) storage of waste arising from the mechanical-biological process of processing of unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste and residues from the sorting of municipal waste;

2) selectively collected, in the installation of waste recovery and disposal by itself, if the contractor operates such an installation, or by transferring waste to such installations, in accordance with the hierarchy of ways to handle waste as referred to in the Act of 14 December 2012 on waste.

2. The estimated total amount of municipal waste for development is approximately 5.4 thousand. Mg/yr.
