The town wishes to enhance its castle and particularly the tower of Poitiers for which it is considering restoration work and in particular of its top vault in order to make it accessible to the public. An evaluation study prior to conservation and restoration identified the main works to be carried out on this tower but also in terms of reinforcing the remains of towers 12 and 13 of the old châtelet as well as on the masonry of the towers and walls located north and south of the enclosure.

Four phases of work are planned:

- scaffolding, shoring and restoration of the tower of Poitiers,

- shrinking, scaffolding, and restoration of the châtelet,

- restoration of the walls and towers of the north and south fronts,

- rehabilitation of public reception areas and planned development.

The object of the contract is a project management mission for the category of building - rehabilitation works:

- APS, APD,

- request for work authorization, PRO / DCE, ACT, VISA, DET, AOR.

This consultation concerns the project management contract relating to the conservation and restoration operation of the Château de Vendôme (41) classified as historical monuments under this operation. Four phases of the work are planned:

- phase 1 TF: scaffolding, shoring and restoration of the tower of Poitiers;

- phase 2 TF: hooping, scaffolding, and restoration of the gatehouse;

- phase 3 TF: restoration of the walls and towers of the north and south fronts,

- phase 4 TF: rehabilitation of public reception areas and planned development.

The work to be carried out belongs to the category of building - rehabilitation works.
