The objective of the procurement is to establish a framework agreement for travel agency services. The travel agency must be a strategic partner for the contract owner and each contracting authority in the work to simplify travel bookings, reduce the time used and the total travel costs, as well as seeing to travellers' safety. The framework agreement must be experienced as useful for travellers and the preferred way to book journeys.

Karasjok Municipality wants to enter into a framework agreement for the procurement of travel agency services for the period 2020-2023. The agreement period is 3 years.
