The subject of this order is the performance of services consisting in receiving and transporting:
a) unsorted (mixed) municipal waste,
(b) municipal waste collected selectively, comprising waste:
- metals, plastics and multi-plant packaging waste,
- paper,
- glass
- biowaste,
originating from the area of all properties covered by the municipal waste management system in the Municipality of Boguszów-Gorce.
The subject of this order is the performance of services consisting in receiving and transporting:
a) unsorted (mixed) municipal waste,
(b) municipal waste collected selectively, comprising waste:
- metals, plastics and multi-plant packaging waste,
- paper,
- glass
- biowaste,
originating from the territory of all properties covered by the municipal waste management system in the territory of the Municipality of Boguszów-Gorce, on the principles laid down in particular in the Rules of Maintenance of Purity and Order in the territory of Boguszów-Gorce and transfer to Municipal Installation - Waste Disposal Plant at 30 Zielona Street in Lubawka. ATTENTION! The Contracting Authority reserves the right to amend the Municipal Installation indicated.
The estimated amount of municipal waste received and submitted for development by the Contractor during the entire duration of the Agreement in question shall be approximately 16,000 Mg, including:
1) unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste- approximately 11,000 Mg,
2) metals, plastics and multi-plant packaging waste- approximately 1500 Mg,
3) paper- about 1200 Mg,
4) glass- about 1400 Mg,
5) biowaste- about 900 Mg.
Attention! In Chapter III, point 3.2.2. (2), the Contracting Authority shall indicate the minimum quantity of vehicles the service is to be provided. The Contracting Authority shall allow combining the functions of the vehicles listed under points a, b or c of the abovementioned point
