Zoning of municipal waste picked up from property owners

Management of municipal waste collected from property owners: Part A: management of segregated municipal waste marked with the following codes: glass (15 01 07), metals and plastics (15 01 06), paper (15 01 01), bulky waste (20 03 07), and medicines (20 01 32);

Part B: management of biodegradable waste (bio-waste) (20 02 01, 20 01 08) and biodegradable kitchen waste; Part C: admission to PSZOK directly from residents and management of waste marked with codes in SWZ.

Part A: management of segregated municipal waste marked with the following codes: glass (15 01 07), metals and plastics (15 01 06), paper (15 01 01), bulky waste (20 03 07) and medicines

Part A: management of segregated municipal waste marked with the following codes: glass (15 01 07), metals and plastics (15 01 06), paper (15 01 01), bulky waste (20 03 07) and medicines (20 01 32); The Contractor shall perform the subject of the contract in accordance with: the offer, the price form – Appendix 1A and a detailed description of the subject of the contract (Appendix 5). The Contracting Authority does not require the Contractor to undergo an on-site inspection or check by the Contractor the documents necessary to perform the contract available on site at the Ordering Party. Pursuant to Article 95 of the PPL, the Contracting Authority specifies the requirements for employment by the Contractor or Subcontractor on the basis of the employment relationship of persons performing activities related to the performance of the contract, consisting in accepting waste, weighing and unloading waste delivered to the installation, issuing the necessary documents related to the acceptance of waste.

Part B: Management of biodegradable waste (bio-waste) (20 02 01, 20 01 08) and biodegradable kitchen waste

Part B: Management of biodegradable waste (bio-waste) (20 02 01, 20 01 08) and biodegradable kitchen waste. The Contractor shall perform the subject of the contract in accordance with: the offer, the price form – Annex 1B and a detailed description of the subject of the contract (Annex 5). The Contracting Authority does not require the Contractor to undergo an on-site inspection or check by the Contractor the documents necessary to perform the contract available on site at the Ordering Party. Part C: admission to PSZOK directly from residents and management of waste marked with codes: used tyres (16 01 03), used engine oil (13 02 06*), debris (17 01 01, 17 01 02, 17 01 07, 17 09 04), (bio-waste) (20 02 01, 20 01 08) and biodegradable kitchen waste, glass (15 01 07), metals and plastics (15 01 06), paper (15 01 01), bulky waste (20 03 07), used batteries, chemicals – packaging of plant protection products, paints, adhesives, etc. (20 01 33*, 20 01 34, 20 01 19*, 20 01 27*, 20 01 28), 20 01 23* Equipment containing freons, 20 01 35* Discarded electrical and electronic equipment other than those mentioned in 20 01 21 and 20 01 23 containing dangerous components, 20 01 36 Discarded electrical and electronic equipment other than those mentioned in 20 01 21, 20 01 23 and 20 01 35, 15 01 10* packages containing residues of dangerous substances or contaminated with them (e.g. plant protection products of toxicity class I and II - very toxic and toxic); 20 01 28 Paints, inks, inks, adhesives, binders and resins other than those mentioned in 20 01 27. The Contractor shall perform the subject of the contract in accordance with: the offer, the price form – Annex 1C and a detailed description of the subject of the contract (Annex 5). The Contracting Authority does not require the Contractor to undergo an on-site inspection or check by the Contractor the documents necessary to perform the contract available on site at the Ordering Party.
