The subject of the order is “Receipt of municipal waste received from the area of Gorzyce Municipality”.
This proceeding has been divided into parts, and the Ordering Party does not limit the number of parts of the contract for which the contractor may submit a bid.
Part I of the order: Receipt and transport of municipal waste received from property owners residing from Gorzyce Municipality.
Part II of the order: Receipt and development of municipal waste collected on uninhabited properties belonging to the Municipality of Gorzyce.
Reception and transport of municipal waste received from property owners residing from Gorzyce Municipality.The subject of the contract is the collection and transport of municipal waste from the Gorzyce Municipality in the period from 1 January 2024 to 31 December 2026, collected from the owners of properties where residents live.
The area of the Gorzyce Commune is approx. 6,917 hectares, on which there are 8 towns and villages where 12830 people are registered as of December 31, 2022. The number of people permanently residing and covered by the municipal waste collection system is 10328 people. As of December 31, 2022, there were 3253 people living in multi-family housing (the area of the Gorzyce Housing Estate - 29 multi-family buildings, in Trześń - 2 multi-family buildings, in Sokolniki - 1 multi-family building), while 7075 people lived in single-family housing. In the period from January 1, 2022 to December 31, 2022, a total of 2,842.331 Mg of municipal waste was collected from residential properties located in the Gorzyce Commune.

The subject of the contract is the collection and management of municipal waste collected on uninhabited properties owned by the Gorzyce Municipality - from 1 January 2024 to 31 December 2026.
2. The area of the Gorzyce Commune is approx. 6,917 ha, on which there are 8 villages. Waste will be collected from uninhabited properties (hereinafter referred to as municipal facilities and areas) - indicated in Appendix 1 to the draft agreement.
3. During the previous calendar year, i.e. from 1 January 2022 to 31 December 2022, a total of approx. 322.890 Mg of municipal waste was collected from the municipal facilities and areas indicated in Appendix 1 to the draft agreement.
