Description:
Gateway Housing Association is seeking a service provider for tree maintenance and associated works at their properties for an initial term of three years, extendable for up to two years, with an estimated contract value of £45,000 per annum.
Gateway Housing Association - Tree Maintenance and Associated Works. Gateway Housing Association wish to appoint a competent and experienced service provider to undertake tree maintenance and associated works at properties owned and/or managed by Gateway Housing Association.It is intended that the contract established following the procurement will run for an initial term of three years, extendable for a further term of up to two years via annual extensions. The estimated contract value per annum is £45,000 (exc VAT).Gateway Housing Association comply with the requirements of London Living Wage as defined by the Living Wage Foundation and updated annually by the Mayor of London, therefore prices submitted at tender stage and throughout the contract term should be in line with these requirements as a minimum.
