The contracting authority requests tenders for interpretation by telephone, on-line interpretation, and attendance interpretation. The interpreters shall be used in the municipality's ordinary operation and in accordance with emergency assignments. The need for emergency interpreters is mainly related to casualty clinics but may also include other services.

The municipal areas of childhood and youth services, health and NAV will use the service, in addition to 23 GPs in eight medical offices in the municipality. It must also be possible for other municipal entities to enter the agreement if required.

In 2020, Horten municipality used interpreters in approx. 1500 cases.

Option - Horten municipality wants to use translations in accordance with requirements.
