The subject of the contract are the supply of electricity with quality standards specified in accordance with applicable regulations. Quality standards of electricity are described in the Act of 10 April 1997 – Energy Law and in the Regulation of the Minister of Economy of 4 May 2007 on the detailed conditions for the functioning of the power system (Journal of Laws of 2007 No. 93, item 623, as amended). The rules for the formation and calculation of tariffs and settlements in electricity trading are set out in the Regulation of the Minister of Energy of 6 March 2019 (Journal of Laws of 2019, item 503, as amended); Standards for the distribution of electricity are included in the Operator's Tariff. The purchase concerns the supply of electricity to one Energy Consumption Point.

The Contracting Authority does not provide for the award of the contract referred to in Article 214(1)(7) and (8) of the Act of 11 September 2019 on the "Public Procurement Law" (Journal of Laws of 2021, item 1129, as amended).
