1.The subject of the contract are successive deliveries of dairy products and vegetable fat for spreading bread to two food warehouses of the Ordering Party, located in the Detention Center in Gdańsk at 12 Kurkowa Street and the External Department in Gdańsk – Przeróbce at 23 Siennicka Street.
2. The quantities of products given are estimates and may change during the term of the contract, the value of the purchased products will not exceed the value of the contract. The changes will not reduce the value of the order by more than 30% of the amount offered. The Contractor shall not be entitled to claims in this respect.
3. The delivered goods should meet Polish Standards transposing European standards or standards of other Member States of the European Economic Area transposing these standards or Polish Standards.
