Collection and partial management of municipal waste in the Darłowo commune in 2020–2021.
1. The subject of the contract is collection, transport of mixed municipal waste; collection, transport and management of separately collected municipal waste from residential, uninhabited, "mixed" real estate and summer houses or other real estate used for recreational purposes for personal use in the commune of Darłowo in the years 2020–2021. Municipal waste selectively collected from the above-mentioned the Contractor transfers the property on his own to the regional installation in Sianów or Gwiazdów, or in the cases referred to in art. 38 section 2 point 2 of the Act of 14 December on waste (Journal of Laws of 2019, item 701, as amended), for installations intended for substitute servicing of this region. Municipal waste management from the above real estate from the Darłowo commune, the Contractor should ensure in a manner ensuring achievement of appropriate levels of recycling, preparation for re-use and recovery by other methods and reduction of the mass of biodegradable municipal waste transferred to landfill, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 13.9.1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities (Journal of Laws of 2018, item 1454, as amended), and the provisions of the Waste Management Plan adopted by resolution on 27.12.2016 by resolution no. XVIII / 321/16 of the West Pomeranian Regional Assembly in update of the Waste Management Plan for the West Pomeranian Voivodship for the years 2016–2022 taking into account the outlook for 2023–2028 with the attachment 'Investment Plan'.
2. Property owners shall receive from the Contractor sacks or containers for segregated waste and containers for unsorted waste free of charge. Municipal waste will be collected from containers and sacks for waste (described in detail below), to which the property owner is obliged to provide easy access for the Contractor, and then transported to the nearest regional waste management installation (in Sianów or Gwiazdów) or to an authorized entity.
3. The forecast mass of municipal waste to be collected from 1.1.2020 to 31.12.2021 from real estate will be about 6200 Mg, including 30% to 60% by weight of waste will be selectively collected.
