1. The subject of the contract is services in the field of forest management as defined in Article 6 (1) (1) of the Act of 28 September 1991 on forests (text one: Journal of Laws of 2021 item 1275 as late as “Forests Act”) covering works in the field of forest farming and conservation, acquisition and ranting wood, to be made on the territory of the Forest District Red Dwór in the year 2022.
2. The scope of the subject of the contract shall include the total quantities of works in the field of forest farming and conservation, harvesting and sparing of timber resulting from Annex 3 to the SWZ, which consists of:
— size of works by activity groups, activities and location;
— timber collection sortyment system;
— the statement of the distance and conditions of the wood rip;
— a statement of items not made available for machine acquisition;
— information on the use of possible logging technologies.
3. The material ranges set out in Annexes No 3.1. - 3.3. and 3.5. are of an estimate.
Package VI — forestry: Rogonie1. The subject of the contract is services in the field of forest management as defined in Article 6 (1) (1) of the Act of 28 September 1991 on forests (text one: Journal of Laws of 2021 item 1275 as late as “Forests Act”) covering works in the field of forest farming and conservation, acquisition and ranting wood, to be made on the territory of the Forest District Red Dwór in the year 2022.
2. The scope of the subject of the contract shall include the total quantities of works in the field of forest farming and conservation, harvesting and sparing of timber resulting from Annex 3 to the SWZ, which consists of:
Annex No 3.1. — work size by group of activities, activities and location;
Annex No 3.2. — timber collection sortyment system;
Annex No 3.3. — a statement of the distances and conditions of breaking wood;
Annex No 3.4. — a statement of items not made available for machine acquisition;
Annex 3.5. — information on the use of possible logging technologies;
3. The material ranges set out in Annexes No 3.1. - 3.3. and 3.5. are of an estimate.
4. Qualitative standards relating to all relevant characteristics of the subject of the contract are determined by Decision No 19 of the Director-General of State Forests of 17 March 2021 on the introduction into application of the 'Description of the standard of forestry execution technology' in organizational units State Forests and Decision No. 22 of the Director of Regional Directorate of State Forests in Białystok of 28 May 2021 on the introduction of the Regional Description of the Standard of Forest Works Execution Technology. The detailed description of the standard of technology for the performance of particular forestry works (activities) included in the subject of the contract provided the basis for the determination of quality requirements relating to the elements consisting of the subject of the contract contained in the Annex No. 4 to SWZ (Description of the standard of technology for the implementation of forestry works).
5. The implementation of the works included in the subject of the contract for the Package will take place in the area of forestry (“Package implementation area”). The location (forest address) of individual forestry works falling within the scope of the subject of the Agreement as indicated in Annexes 3.1. — 3.3. The location (forest address) of the individual works falling within the scope of the Subject of the Agreement will be specified in the Order.
6. General principles of execution of the subject of the order.
1) The Contractor shall carry out the subject of the contract on the basis of written orders submitted by the Representatives of the Contracting Authority (“Order”). The contents of the Order shall be defined by the contract on public procurement (Annex 12 to SWZ).
2) The Contractor will be obliged to clean up residues from the harvesting work from roads, surface dividing lines, ditches, hunting patches, etc. objects and other waste after its own activities (garbage, empty packaging, used machinery components, etc.).
3) Contractor will be required to use biodegradable oil to lubricate cutting systems in operated chainsaws
and cutting heads and oil absorption kits in equipment operated in forests.
