This is a joint framework agreement, executed on purchase orders and subsequent contracts, with a minimum expressed in quantity and no maximum passed with a single economic operator pursuant to Articles L. 2125-1, Articles R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-14 of the Public Order Code.

The minimum amount of each lot, expressed in quantity, is indicated in Annex 1 of the Special Technical Clauses (CCTP). As an indication, concerning the mandatory components, it also shows the estimated number of hours and the estimated number of trainees for each lot (see Appendix 1 of the CCTP — list of lots).

For the purchase order party the total number of trainees over the duration of the framework agreement is 24, the number of mini centre hours over the duration of the framework agreement is 1,440, the number of planned centre hours over the duration of the framework agreement is 7,200, the number of hours undertaken mini over the duration of the framework agreement is 1,008 and the number of business hours forecast over the duration of the framework agreement is 5,040.

For the purchase order party the total number of trainees over the duration of the framework agreement is 60, the number of mini centre hours over the duration of the framework agreement is 5,916, the number of planned centre hours over the duration of the framework agreement is 29,580, the number of hours undertaken mini over the duration of the framework agreement is 4,476 and the number of hours forecast enterprise over the duration of the framework agreement is 22 380.

For the purchase order party the total number of trainees over the duration of the framework agreement is 20, the number of mini centre hours over the duration of the framework agreement is 1,760, the number of centre hours forecast over the duration of the framework agreement is 8,800, the number of hours undertaken mini over the duration of the framework agreement is 1,680 and the number of hours forecast enterprise over the duration of the framework agreement is 8,400.
