The subject of the contract is the Comprehensive insurance of the Municipality of Piła together with subordinate units, cultural institutions and the Voluntary Fire Brigade Water Rescue.

The order is divided into three lots. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in Annex 6 to the Terms of Contract.

The procedure is conducted in the form of an unlimited tender on the basis of the PPL Act. The estimated value of the contract in question exceeds the amount specified in the announcement of the President of the Public Procurement Office issued pursuant to Article 3 of the PPL Act.

PART I ORDERS – Property and liability insurance:

A. Property insurance against all risks;

B. Insurance of electronic equipment against all risks;

C. liability insurance.

PART II OF THE ORDER – Motor insurance:

A. Mandatory liability insurance of motor vehicle holders;

B. Autocasco insurance;

C. Insurance of the aftermath of unfortunate accidents of drivers and passengers;

D. auto-windshield insurance;

E. assistance insurance.

PART III of the REPLACEMENT — NNW insurance of TSO members:

A. Compulsory insurance of accidents of firefighters, rescuers, TSO Water Rescue;

B. Voluntary accident insurance of TSO members, firefighters, rescuers and candidates for firefighters, rescuers TSO, MDP and DDP;

C. Accident insurance for city guards;

D. Insurance of accidents of children and young people during physical and cultural activities and during trips, camps, camps and staying in the common room;

E. Accident insurance for seniors participating in cultural activities.
