The subject of the contract is the supply of diesel oil depending on the season and ambient temperature, respectively standard and with improved low-temperature properties, meeting the conditions set out in the current PN-EN 590 standard and the Regulation of the Minister of Economy of 9 October 2015 on quality requirements for liquid fuels (Journal of Laws of 2015, item 1680, as amended).

The subject of the contract is the supply of diesel oil, depending on the season and ambient temperature, respectively standard and with improved low-temperature properties, meeting the conditions set out in the current PN-EN 590 standard and the Regulation of the Minister of Economy of 9 October 2015 on quality requirements for liquid fuels (Journal of Laws of 2015, item 1680, as amended).

2. Deliveries shall take place to the petrol station tanks at the Ordering Party's headquarters on working days until 15:00, and the delivery shall be completed within that time. Deliveries will take place, depending on the needs of the Ordering Party, in quantities of approximately 30 m3 ± 20%, monthly – 4 deliveries. The total maximum volume of deliveries during the contract period is 6,000 m3.
