The subject of the contract is: Provision of all-day nutrition services for patients of the District Health Center sp. z o.o. in Opole Lubelskie

The subject of the contract are all-day catering services for patients of the hospital in Opole Lubelskie and the hospital in Poniatowa (preparation, delivery of all-day meals, and in exceptional situations also their distribution to the patient's bed), in the annual average amount: min 70, max. 148 per day, in accordance with the conditions resulting from the applicable regulations, in particular Regulation (EC) No 852/2004 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 29 April 2004 on the hygiene of foodstuffs (OJ. EU L139 of 30.04.2004), Regulation (EC) No 853/2004 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 29 April 2004 laying down specific hygiene rules for food of animal origin (OJ L 139). UE L 139 of 30.04.2004) and the Act of 25 August 2006 on food and nutrition safety (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2019, item 1252), in a specialized manner, suitable for work in hospital rooms and facilities, respecting the rights of patients. The Contractor will be obliged to perform the contract in accordance with the provisions set out in the Act of 25 August 2006 on food and nutrition safety (Journal of Laws of 2019, item 1252, as amended) and executive regulations issued on the basis of this Act.
