Framework for Consultant Services for Cyclical & Planned Maintenance Works 2020 - 2024

This tender exercise is being undertaken to establish a Framework of appropriately qualified consultants to supply Consultant services for cyclical & planned maintenance projects across Scotland over the next 4 (2+1+1) years.


Lot 1 – North - Architect Services

Architect services for cyclical & planned maintenance projects across North of Scotland. These projects are likely to include (but will not be limited to) re-roofing work, re-rendering, cladding repairs/replacement, external insulation, window replacements, alteration works, small extensions, upgrades to individual properties or refurbishments to development level. HSHA however, cannot guarantee any spend or any works under this framework. Kitchen and bathroom upgrades may not require services from consultants and may be managed internally by the Association’s maintenance officers if deemed appropriate.


Lot 10 – South - Quantity Surveyor Services

Quantity Surveyor Services for cyclical & planned maintenance projects across South of Scotland. These projects are likely to include (but will not be limited to) re-roofing work, re-rendering, cladding repairs/replacement, external insulation, window replacements, alteration works, small extensions, upgrades to individual properties or refurbishments to development level. HSHA however, cannot guarantee any spend or any works under this framework. Kitchen and bathroom upgrades may not require services from consultants and may be managed internally by the Association’s maintenance officers if deemed appropriate.
