The service provider will have to determine the market value of all the buildings entrusted to its expertise. The service provider will be asked to value the buildings by considering them each sold individually or en bloc to a single purchaser. The service provider will have to take into account the mode of ownership of the buildings: full ownership, co-ownership, emphyteutic lease, temporary usufruct agreement, etc. A summary assessment, complementary to the numerical analysis is also requested (see article 5.3 of the Special Technical Clauses Book).
